Zero xxs Ccm blade suitable for plastic. Over the years, we have tested many metals and now we have found the right one. The blade is nice to sharpen and shape. While searching for the optimal steel hardness, we settled on a 54 HRC value. The shape of the blade has been carefully designed with skating and shaping in mind. The blade has scalable radii and height according to size. This allows profiling to be unnecessary in some cases. (Blade info table in image 2). The thickness of the blade is 2.9 mm, making replacement really easy.
